Installer / HVAC Installation Services
New England Ductless of Mattapan, MA is looking to hire a full-time Installer to install both ductless and ducted Mini Splits. You professionally walk through our clients’ homes and businesses with attention to quality and customer service. This Installer position works Monday – Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm and earns top experience-based pay with installation bonuses for certain achieved metrics. Lead HVAC Installer

Essential Responsibilities
- Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.
- Receives, verifies, and loads all equipment and materials needed for each job.
- Demonstrates and establishes effective working relationships with co-workers, superiors.
- Properly completes all paperwork required for each job.
- Maintains cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.
- Maintains high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary. Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs.
- Represents New England Ductless in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others.
Qualifications
- 3+ years’+ HVAC installation experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to be flexible in work schedule.
- Valid, clean driver’s License.
- Must have the ability to multi-task.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must possess knowledge of HVAC systems
HVAC Technician

General Responsibilities
- Effectively diagnose and repair malfunctioning a/c systems, gas furnaces, zoning systems as well as other HVAC equipment.
- Complete annual maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems.
- Willingness and desire to provide our customers with a superior customer service experience.
- Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary.
- Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs.

- Physical requirements includes the ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, stoop, reach and travel to locations.

Journeyman Electrician
We are seeking a MA licensed electrician to join our team!
Responsibilities include:
- Install electrical service equipment, wiring, and electrical equipment for residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including unitary systems, ductless systems and boilers.
- Ensure systems meet company standards and are installed per all electrical and local building codes.
- Work independently and as a team member with another licensed electrician and 2 apprentices.
- Maintain a safe work environment for the entire installation team (we follow OSHA regulations).
- Document all work and communicate to the office team as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Current MA Electrical Journeyman License.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Three years of electrical/wiring experience, preferably on HVAC system installation & wiring.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
