Hello, my name is Corey Bullock and I’m a project manager at New England Ductless. And what I’d like to speak to you about is maintenance for your ductless system. We all know the importance of maintenance on our car and there’s no difference here. We want to ensure that your system is operating as efficiently and effectively as possible.
In order to do that, the manufacturers do recommend an annual maintenance, where we’ll come out, pressure test all refrigeration lines to make sure that there are no leaks. We will clean out the condensing coil to keep that as efficient as possible, and then also pull out any debris, and make sure there’s just no general overall problems with the system.
We’ll also go inside your house and take a look at the indoor units to make sure that they’re operating as they should be, make sure there’s no buildup or anything that shouldn’t be in there.
