It could be said that architects have the most detailed eye in the business, so we had our work cut out for us with this Somerville client who wanted the best – and we delivered. We took a great victorian-era home with fantastic attention to details and we complemented it with an awesome Mitsubishi Electric system.
The Solution
A multi-zone Mitsubishi Electric M-Series system with room to grow. Our clients are efficiently heating and cooling the entire first floor on two units, and have another two upstairs. When ready, there is room for another in the Master Bedroom. Best of all? All four zones are run by the included Kumo-Cloud app and covered by our 12 year Diamond Dealer warranty, so all our clients have to do is sit back and bring on the heat (or cold)!
