About the Solarize North Shore Program
The city of Salem and the towns of Swampscott and Nahant have partnered with Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC) and the Department of Energy Resources (DOER) to launch a joint campaign – Solarize North Shore – to promote and implement Solar PV, Air Source Heat Pumps (“mini-splits”) and Solar Hot Water.
The goal of the Solarize North Shore program is to provide affordable access to these clean energy technologies, saving residents money on their energy bills and reducing emissions citywide.
